CHILDRENS ENRICHMENT WORKSHOP

Children's Enrichment Workshop provides after school programs for Fishweir Elementary, West Riverside Elementary and Central Riverside Elementary Schools.

Four churches in historic Riverside have joined forces to provide academic, arts and life skills programming for children.

Arts4Jax has partnered with Unity Church of Jacksonville to provide fine arts instruction for students at these three schools. Arts4Jax programs are also open to any child in Jacksonville.  This program is made possible through a grant from The Jaguars Foundation.

Classes take place from September to April on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 3:25p-5pm. A snack is served prior to the start of class.

Arts4Jax CEW programs include dance, filmmaking, sign language and musical theatre.

CEW is a free program for students at the schools mentioned above. Moderate fees may apply for other children with scholarships available for those who quality.

Help with reading, language arts and math is available to students through the help of church and community volunteers.

Students read, do puzzles and play educational games before classes begin.
